Union condensed was designed in Melbourne Aust. by Lachlan Philp; a special typographer specialized mainly in hand lettering.

Inspired by the culture of the Australian metropolitan in the mid 20th, Union is a tall uppercase condensed font with two hight letters. Numerals and Glyps are also included in this typeface. It can be used for branding, poster design, banners, websites, packaging or even for apparel designs. Condensed fonts are fonts that have a wide range of use. For one, they are a great way to save space. They have narrow width which allows more characters to be packed in a line. Union condensed typeface has tall condensed letter-form with well-spaced bearings. Union typeface is available in two alternatives, the clean and the distressed form.
